Come down to the Park Saturday May 28th for the Soap Box Derby - all proceeds go to PALS (Partners assisting local schools).

Congratulations Half Marathoners!

It was a truly a motivating experience watching each one of you on the course doing your very best and coming across the finish line in excellent times. GREAT JOB!! You can not check doing your first half marathon off your bucket list - Time to gear up to beat your personal best at your second half at Marathon by the Sea in August!

The free walks on Tuesday and Thursday nights at Rockwood Park, 6:30pm have started again - we'll see you there!

Training for the MBTS will start in mid June so keep up your daily walks and you will be primed for that.

Again Congratulations to everyone of you! You are an inspiration.
