Lunch and Learn

Looking for a way to stay active during the work week? DayTripping offers a lunch and learn program.

While you're enjoying your lunch, our very own  INWA Certified Nordic Walking instructor will tell you all about the benefits of Nordic Walking. At the end of the explanation, you'll go for a short walk with the poles.

Congratulations & info on Nordic Walks

A BIG Congratulations to Kim Spinney and Doug Muir for their achievements in the KV Challenge Half Marathon! Kim came in first in the Nordic Walking Womens and Doug finished first in the Mens.
There were several members of the walking clubs that took part in the marathon. We at DayTripping, are  very proud of all of you!!

• The Walking groups will have their final walk of the season on Thursday evening (Oct 28th) at Rockwood Park.

• Once winter hits and we have enough snow, we will start the walks back up with snow shoes. Snow-shoeing will take place on Saturday mornings.

A big thank you goes out to everyone who participated in the Nordic Walks this season. We've had so much fun and cannot wait to see you all out again!
