FREE Nordic Walking Workshop

DayTripping will be offering a FREE Nordic Walking Workshop to anyone who is interested in coming out and learning about the sport!

Location: Interpretation Center- Rockwood Park (building next to the Duck Pond)

Workshop Includes: Talk on Nordic Walking by the National Coach for the Atlantic Region as well as a demonstration walk using the poles.

Walking Club Starting in Fredericton!

We are pleased to announce that a new walking club will be starting up in Fredericton. 

 Thank you to Kate Baird and Shannon Myers for getting this going for us!

The group will begin in the Spring and will go out twice a week.
