DayTripping offers a unique winter camp experience that focuses on lots of fun and outdoor experiences. There will be snowshoes, cross country skis, and lots more to take advantage of everything Rockwood Park has to offer.

Nordic Walking Workshops

It was amazing to see so many of you turn out in New Maryland, Fredericton and Oromocto for the Nordic Walking Workshops!

We hope you're all enjoying using your new poles. Remember if you need anything for Nordic Walking we'll help you with everything you need!

If you are interested in joining, or setting up, a Nordic Walking club outside of Saint John and Quispamsis please contact us - we'll help you get everything set up and we run certifying courses for instructors and guides.

Want to cross the finishing line of a half marathon next year? We run programs to prepare anyone to take on a half marathon after 10 weeks - the first is Fredericton in May 2011 and our programs will start in March.

Metabolism Booster Cardio Class 27th November

November 27th is our first Metabolism Booster class at 0900 here in the Park.

The first session is FREE - the last session had to be cancelled due to flooding and we want everyone to benefit from this amazing workout.
