Snow is falling, the lake is icing over

Lily Lake started icing over last night and today - pond hockey here we come! (Soon anyway, we need the ice to be 12 inches thick first!).

Below are some pictures including today's light dusting of snow - will this stay or disappear in the rain like yesterday's snow?

Things to remember!

Empty stomach. The only thing you should have before class is water. This class is meant to boost your metabolism and to detoxify. This is easiest when everything is simplified.
