Information regarding the FREE Nordic Walking workshop is as follows;
On Oct 4th at 6:30pm, the free Nordic Walking Workshop will take place at the Lily Lake Pavilion.
Here you will learn all the benefits of the hugely popular Nordic Walking. You'll get the chance to try it out as everyone will get the opportunity to go for a walk with the poles.
As a bonus, there will be poles on sale for a discounted price, but only to those who come out to the workshop.
