FREE WORKSHOP OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY

Location: Interpretation Center at Rockwood Park.
Workshop will include a talk and demonstration on Nordic Walking followed by a short walk using the poles. Poles will also be available for purchase on the 23rd.
