  2. First Aid Training Sydney MH First Aid is a Northern Beaches based business whose primary goal is to provide its clients with the most up to date first aid training and techniques. The courses provided are structured in a manner that allows maximum student participation and retention of information. Nearly all of the techniques practiced in the various first aid courses require practical application, allowing students to learn and perfect their first aid management using a "hands on" approach.
