Ice Safety
Please note that we will be advised by Saint John Leisure Services when the ice on Lily Lake is safe for recreation. We have had an abnormally warm December and the lake is not safe for use right now. We will update you the moment the ice is declared safe (12 inches, 30cm thick).
Metabolism Booster Classes
Classes Run Every Saturday from 10am-11am
Come out and start your weekend off right with a great workout. Classes are $15 each and run out of the interpretation center at Rockood Park.
Classes begin again this Saturday, January 8th. Call 657-8747 or E-mail for details
Here's What Some of the Participants Had to Say...
"The Metabolism Booster class is THE best way to start your weekend. Not only do you get a full body workout, feel energized for the rest of the day, and gain flexibility, but also realize that workouts can fit into any schedule. I have learned several new routines- no equipment required- that take no more than 20 minutes and I am feeling the benefits already. April ensures a fun class atmosphere and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Rockwood Park while working up a sweat!"

I attended April’s Metabolism Booster workshop and boy am I glad I did! It was an amazing workout that was such a nice change from all the regular classes at a gym. The class was a mixture of interval training, abs and some relaxing yoga stretches in front of the beautiful duck pond. Couldn’t ask for a better, more healthy way to start off your weekend.
